Your pediatrician's advice and ProEFA

I showed a bottle of ProEFA to my daughter's pediatrician before starting her

on it and he said that it couldn't hurt her, but he doubted it would help. I

think that it has helped her tremendously. About a month ago I stopped

giving it to her for several days due to a stomach virus. When she felt

better, I decided to see how she was without it, so I didn't put her back on

it. I did not see a decrease in her speech production, however, I have

noticed that she is frustrated more easily, is generally moodier and

clumsier, her skin is dry, and her speech therapist said that she has seemed

more distractable (and she doesn't know that I discontinued the ProEFA). Not

a very scientific experiment, but she's back on the supplement and I will not

stop it again.
