Guest guest
I just order Kiddie Calmer and MindSoothe Jr. I found it while researching the fish oil thing. I'm willing to give it a try. I'll let you all know how it goes. J Re: fish oil helps ocd? Hi, My 7 yr old son with OCD is also a vegetarian. He quit eating meat at age 3. I started giving him Omega-3 suppliments a few weeks ago, because Dr. Sears (Ped and author of Attachment Parenting books) recommends it for all kids - esp those who won't eat meat. I thought I was crazy, because it seemed to REALLY help my son! Much more than Inositol ever did (does). His moods are more even, he's calmer and much more readily shrugs off an OCD thought. His babysitter commented on his " great mood lately " , knowing nothing of the suppliments. I know that this isn't evidence. But, I thought I'd share my experience. > > > > Have any of you heard about taking epa a component in fish oil for > ocd? > > I have been doing some research and it sounds like it is worth a > try. > > Kathy > > >
