This is a very common current problem particularly in hospitals and clinics right now. The problem being many of them did not head advice in signing up for products early on. With all providers of IG being put on allotment (meaning the amount they can buy was based on the amount they were using at one point in time) only those that planned ahead have consistent access to products right now. If you have the option of switching to homecare, either with SCIG or IVIG, you have a much greater chance of getting a reliable product source.
