Hi all,

Thanks for the prayers and support.....

My ex-FIL passed away this morning....services will be friday or

saturday.

He looked bad Friday night and his platelets had dropped to 50K....and

with the " mass " in his chest, there was big concern. Sat morning we

found out that he had had a huge inferior wall MI.....they did and echo

and carotid dopplers, but we didn't get results.

I came back home on Saturday as they had moved him out of ICU and he was

looking a little better....

Sat night the heme came in and they suspected the mass in the lung had

travelled from somewhere else and there were spots on his ribs

also....Sunday morning they did an MRI of his head. I spoke with him

and he sounded better....my ex and his wife left on Sunday to gather up

their things to come back. My ex was still in Grand Forks when he got

the call and basically Lowell must have had another heart attack, and

they couldn't revive him....

We all feel it is for the best...but it is hard. Libby has taken it

quite hard...Iwe will probably leave Thursday afternoon for Minot...

It was good for me to go....Jordan (my ex and I) have put alot of issues

behind us....but I haven't seen his extended family in a long

time....Lowell (his dad) and (his girlfriend) seemed very happy

that I was there...Many of my ex's uncles/aunts were happy that I was

there to " interpret " for them.....I think that it was a healing process

for me....and very good for my girls. Things happen for a reason....and

I know that there was some divine intervention with this one.....I think

things are looking up.

hasn't gotten the flu, sinus issues are better.

igh hasn't developed chicken pox.....she sees PT tomorrow...will try

to have Warren get 's labs done as we should probably infuse

tomorrow night....I work 6-12 at the other job too on wednesday and then

will take thurs afternoon and Friday off from my new job......
