Guest guest
- Yes spirometry...that is what i was talking about...I am on advair...not as good about taking it as I should be and should be taking singulair...I have a sample from my doc but am breastfeeding my newest addition and although they say it is thought to be safe I am never sure so i have been holding off. so ready to quit breastfeeding but just in case this little on has a PID want to give him my antibody protection until he is 1. i really should be managing my asthma better but I am sort of still in denial...it will go away soon type of thing. I sometimes forget I have needs to. sounds like most of this have this problem...lol. ~~
Guest guest
maybe a nebulizer would work better for you.....it does for some of my kids. there are some meds only available in nebulizer form. And are you using any kind of daily maintenance steroid--like, pulmicort, advair? allergy meds, like claritin, allegra, zyrtec, and/or singulair? If not, please try to get into pulmonologist........I know its hard to take care of ourselves, but breathing is the most important thing for you to do, and you arent breathing, you cant take care of the kids properly(trust me, it took a lot for me to go to the dr, and I am a terrible patient)--but if I am not around to take care of them, who will? asthma can be fatal........ also, I meant to congrats you on quitting.......my SIL quit last yr, and I was so proud of her.......and then she started again when her dad died...and now she is getting sent to a pulmo, possible asthma(surprise, she has bronchitis several times every winter). spiral test........spirometry?does that sound familiar? valarie
