Dear Craig,

You are missing Omega 3 fats.

Flax oil is a good source, or deep sea fish (salmon, herring, mackerel,

tuna).

There is a blended oil that would take over from all the oils, available in

the

health food stores. It is called Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend from Flora.

We

mix it into a smoothie and you don't even taste it.

Best of health!

Hi Donna,

Thanks for the tip. I will check the PH of my water.

I give my son cod liver oil, organic unrefined coconut

oil, organic olive oil, raw butter and I'm about to

add black currant juice.

What are the key fatty acids that I'm missing? How

does the Vitamin O product on your site compare to

H202?

Thanks,

Craig

Dear Donna,

Yes it is. Its just that Atlantic cod has been overfished nearly to

extinction and now they are going after Pacific cod. Flax is a

renewable crop.

Best of health!
