Hi Bonnie,

There is a workbook for OCD called 'The OCD Workbook'.

It's by Hyman and Pedrick. I don't know if a large

bookstore might have it in stock or maybe order

without you committing so you could have a look first

but alot of adult OCs swear by what it has done for

them.

Your son would work thru it on his own. (I think you

have a 14 year old?) That would be old enough if he

is motivated at all to get better. With my 14 y/o son

this summer I'm getting him to do stuff by making him

earn his computer time. In fact I think I'll finally

put this workbook on his list of ways to earn time.

I got it online (figuring he would get interested in

it eventually).

Good luck,

Lynn

Thanks, my son is 7 1/2. Is that too young? I have also heard about

a book called the " coping Cat " - I haven't seen it yet though.
