I have been a member of this group for a month or so now and have tried to

pick up on some of the terms used in short form or acronyms. Some I have

figured out - IEP as we use the same here in Ontario, but could I ask that

someone let me in on where to find out what " dh " means.

Also, to the poster who had kiting cheque problems with her son. Could you

email me off list as I would like to get some help and insight about the

challenges she is facing with a young adult? Unless this is a challenge

faced by others that would benefit all if left on the list. My daughter is

21 and is just receiving the formal diagnosis now while in university. She

is exceptional at her school work but the rest of her life is a mess.

Thanks

Jo

dh/dd/ds = dear husband/daughter/son

yeah! when I first kept seeing dd, all I could figure is that it stood for was 'disabled daughter' (groan)
