Guest guest
Thanks everyone for the feedback. Yes we did go to the Dr. yesterday and he said that she has just learned to deal with her anxiety for now but she probally will have more times in her life when this happens. I did ask him about the PANDAS causing this because her brothers did have strep a few months ago, but when we looked back over the last few years we have seen some of the worried behavior and anxiety so he dosen't think it's associated with strep, he thinks this has been going on for some time. She did have other symptoms, besides the questions and constant confessing things to me that really was no big deal. But that too has completely stopped. I just stay on edge waiting for it to come back at anytime. And with school starting I'm really nervous. She never did start any ritual behavior. Maybe it is just a mild case of OCD and we can get a handle on it before it turns major???? She is just so much more relaxed and playful right now, I have such high hopes but don't want to be blind by this change right now. Thanks again, Angie
Guest guest
Angie, I think I can speak for all of us parents, we are hoping it was just a case of passing anxiety, and it certainly sounds like that's the case. It is natural for us parents to be worrywarts over our kids. So glad to hear she is now doing great and enjoying her childhood. Smiling, Leigh confused (part 2) Thanks everyone for the feedback.
