Hi Fred. G;ad upi gpt ot/

I replied to this earlier. It must have not gone through. What I said

before is that it is not a critical science. the wife of the

manufacturer puts it in her mouth and washes it down with water and

doesn't worry about lemon juice. She believes her stomach acid is

sufficient to release the ozone.

Some people take it in half a cup of water some in a whole glass. same

with the lemon juice. It really isn't critical. I tend to think a good

3/4 cup at least is good, but I have done it in 1/4 cup before and did fine

So she can do what feels right for her and she will do well. and it

does not have to be fresh. It doesn't even have to be lemon juice. It

can be pineapple or grapefruit or tangerine, or even vinegar. It just

needs to be acid. Tomato juice would work.

Signing off for the weekend. Hope you get this post. Fingers crossed

Be Well!

It sounds like normal orange juice would work.

Or is orange juice not acidic enough?

I know that orange juice+ozone is a bad idea,

because the vitamin C in the orange juice destroys the ozone.

She finds that the homozon/water mixture tastes bad.

In fact, it tastes to her a lot like the epsom salt/water mixture

she used during a liver flush. Is it supposed to taste like this?

Thanx,

fred

Hi Fred. On the taste, it is a funny thing. To me it is almost

tasteless, and also to alot of other people. But for some it just gags

them. This is a mystery to me. I would suggest capping and doing

something seriously acidic like lemon or vinegar. Then she doesn't have

to taste it and it will still work.

Freibott, the maker doesn't seem concerned about the vitamin C

levels in lemon juice???? Perhaps their is not enough to be an issue.

Good luck

How much are you using?

I believe she used a heaping teaspoon, in one cup of water.

The stuff seemed to work for her (softer stool, etc.)

but she finds the taste so vile that she doesn't want

to take any more of it. I'll tell her about your suggestion,

of putting it into gel caps.

I find it tasteless also but really don't care for the powdery

texture when taking it. I usually mix it with either coffee or some

cold drink. Since it does not dissolve to readily I use a straw and

stir while drinking. Follow it with straight lemon juice for which I

have developed a taste tolerance.

Hi Fred. I don't do any these days. Just did it for a few months a few

years ago. When I do, use it, I do only 1/4 to 1 tsp. Can't tolerate

more than that. I have 3-4 impressive bowel movements a day. Smile. So

I get a bigger response than others. Some customers take two

tablespoons a day. It is very individual.

Blessing
