Hi Judy,

started taking ativan about the same time he started the

celexa. Thanks for the idea - I'm going to look into whether the

ativan could be the problem. It definitely doesn't seem like it has

had any positive, calming effect.

Tamara,

Please be in contact with your child's psychiatrist prior to stopping any of

the medications. I will say that my son's psychiatrist is extremely cautious to

not add more than one medication at a time. We have been at this for 10 years

now and while at times the process has seemed slow, we have ALWAYS been certain

which medication was causing which effect.

Have you been on the OC Foundation we site and read about the medications

there?
