Guest guest
Sherre and THerese, Here is a link that my help with you problems with OHI verses ED. http://www.parenttoparentofga.org/roadmap/advocacy/educationlaws504 & ideachadd.ht\ m I experienced the same problem when I initially needed to have my son obtain special ed services. I told the Director of Special Ed at our school district that I would refuse to sign Tommy into Special Ed under ED. I brought them information on the OHI category. I was told that I was the ONLY parent who had ever questioned the use of ED. They did read what I brought them and Tommy was under the OHI category. Good luck with this situation. I know that not all school districts are as concerned about the health of their children as the District I an fortunate enough to live in. in Southeastern PA __________________________________________________
