Hello everyone, As most of you know Dan and I have been looking into buying

our first house. It is a manufactured home from Fleetwood. We think it is

finally going to happen. After looking at many different houses and dropping

in square footage twice we finally have found the one that our debt will

allow us to buy. You see after I became sick we used our credit cards to pay

for most of my medical. Well that has put us into large debt. The first

house we picked was nice but it was a little big for our needs. The second

house was perfect. It was our dream house. I would love to have that house

but we need to pay off about $5,000 more in debt to get it and we just don't

have it. After all the figures came back we are about $3,000 to $5,000 over

what the bank would loan us. After a few sleepless nights and lots of

meetings with Fleetwood we have decided to go for a smaller house. It is

cute and we both like it. We have a plan. We will be living in it for about

five years, and refinancing to get money to build on, resell the home and

keep the land, or selling the home and land and moving out of town on new

land and a new home. The numbers just came back today at about $6,000 less

than what the bank will loan. So we will even be able to get a few options

to the house. I can not tell you how happy we are. It will be so nice to

finally have OUR house. I hope that you will be able to open the floor plan
