Has anyone out there tried DMG to improve speech? What were the

results? Any side effects? DMG (dimethylglycine)is a natural

supplement that is known in the Autistic community but is now being

used for others with speech delays. It supposedly gets amazing

results.

Jane,

We started my son on DMG this summer, and did see great results. He is

severely apraxic, and PDD-NOS. Prior to the DMG we were GFCF alone with good

results. But the DMG took him to a new level with more spontaneous speech and

no side effects other than a little hyperactivity the first couple of days.

I would say " go for it! "

I give DMG to Kenny age 7( Apraxic) to increase the oxygen carrying capacity of

his red cells. He is anemic.
