Guest guest
I'm convinced that I'm not absorbing fat well because every time I eat a substantial amount of fat I get tarry/loose stools that float and I see an oily film in the toilet. So I started taking a high-quality lipase enzyme formula along with a general pancreatic enzyme formula and lecithin to help emulsify the fat. Still no help so I started taking ox bile which promptly gave me diarrhea. Any one got any ideas? Thanks,

If the fat has been broken down by the lipase, and emulsified by bile juices, perhaps attention to cellular health is in order. 'Cellular health' involves several things, such as mineral concentrations (of the correct minerals) being different outside and inside the cells to achieve decent membrane potential, the membrane must be healthy, requiring glyconutrients as well as lipids, toxin load must be low enough and oxygen high enough. regards, Duncan Crow
