Guest guest
Hello! We enjoyed the conference a ton. My husband and I both went along with our daughter. She was so excited to meet other people with OCD. She met friends and had great fun. And one night as she was laying in bed and wanted to get up to wash her hands AGAIN, I heard her say " shut Up " to her OCD and she went to bed. She learned this there and got the strength to do it. We learned a lot. We learned that there are a lot more kids now showing up with multiple diagnoses....OCD, ADHD, sensory integration, bipolar, TS, etc.... I held back the tears during that lecture. It was so comforting to know that I am not alone. I enjoyed meeting too!!!!! Thanks for the turtle sticker! As for an update, our daughter is starting the intensive outpatient program for OCD at Hospital next week. I can't wait. I am praying that it will help. The conference left us pretty hopeful, as we saw so many adults and kids who had had success with good treatment. Take care, Ellen

My daughter is not having an issues at the moment, so it was mostly just fun for her. I was amazed at some of the things they had to do. Maybe I ran into you. My daughters name is Molly. Glad you enjoyed the trip. Bobbi > Hello! > We enjoyed the conference a ton. My husband and I both went along with > our daughter. She was so excited to meet other people with OCD.
