Guest guest
No, I am sorry Pat, I didn't deal with this too much. I believe at first, I had one episode, but that was it, and I did the same as you, and took Imodium. Thank goodness for that stuff. Anyway, I am now approved for Enbrel and I am VERY curious how it will agree with me. I should be doing the first injection on the 19th of this month. The MTX has seemed to agree with me rather well. The injection form better than the pill form of MTX. On the pill form, I dealt a lot with mouth sores and open sores on my arms. As a matter of fact, since I didn't have my injectable MTX for a while, because there was and still is a shortage in my area...I now have a large open sore on my right arm again. While I was at the Vegas conference, I had several of them on my right arm and they were horrible, and now I am dealing with it again, and think this is because I had re-started the MTX after not having it for weeks. It affects us all differently. I know that Tricia, is having some problems also. It should go away soon, but if not, let your doc know friend. Love,Sue #2 -- mtx question? I have been having diarrhea since I started mtx on Thursday, I read this could be a side effect..has this occured with any one else and will it go away after awhile? I took 2 Imodium's now to see if that helps. Sorry for the sensitive subject matter. take care love, Pat from MA
