You need to do it carefully, breathing through your nose -- in order to avoid breathing the ozone. I've done this many times, although I have some concern whether the ozone may make dental fillings break down sooner? 2. you can put ozoneated olive oil on your gums. I think this is very effective. I have a cat with VERY serious gum disease. The vet wanted to do a biopsy. We do not know the cause(s). I wish I had pictures so that I could show you how really bad it looks. Anyway, I put ozonated oil on her gums once a day and it is definately helping. She hates the taste (the stuff tastes awful) and immediately licks it off. If you were to leave it there I'm sure it would work faster LOL. There is also a dental list, mostly dentists, and they have talked about using ozonated oil on gums. The list is healozone (groups). good wishes, Moria
Guest guest
I heard you have to ozone the oil for 24 hrs to make it thick , is that the best way to do it ? > > Is there a way to use ozone right on your gums , are their ozone > > attachments you can get to do this ? Guest guest
Dear Dan, You probably would get the best results by ozonating water and rinsing it around and around in your mouth. But you can do that with peroxide, too. Best of health!
