ozone stress and antioxidants?

Dear list members

I'm doing daily ozone sauna's with first drinking of 1.5 liters of ozonated

water.

Since shortly I do feel a kind of oxydative wearout feeling, the same feeling

that I felt in my heart after ingesting H2O2 for six months.

I know this subject has been on the list many times before, but would like to

know if people have experiences same and what they use to help prevent this.

I understand that supplemented SOD, glutathion, Vit C etc don't reach the needed

cellmembranes in the body.

So best way is to eat as healthy as possible, living foods, salads, nuts etc, so

that the body and cells will create in a natural and sufficient way enough

antioxidants in the right doses in the right locations(?)

What is your opinion, experience?

Regards

Hi . Nice to hear from you. It has been awhile. I am wondering

if you are doing adequate essential fatty acids in the form of omega 3's

and maybe nines??? If i don't do those I feel fatigues on ozonated water.

Blessings

Thanks Donna,

I've had some good ones (omega 3 and 9 combination) here and they helped me. But

the fishoil I have at this moment always give me mental problems I feel. Maybe

there are traces of methylmercury inside that cause this, so I stop taking them.

But will look for better, clean brand.

Health to you and your loved ones

,

I currently think " Springreen Cod Liver Oil " to be very good " . I feel

" Spectrum Naturals " and " Carlson's " , to be very clean as well. Nordic

Naturals and their " molecularly distilled " hype is just that. They also say

" pharmaceutical grade " . There is no standard set for " pharmaceutical

grade " , but that doesn't stop them from saying it.
