Nenah,

Could you get Tom Harrelson here for some Q & A. I have been looking at that

OZOL unit for over a year and a half. It just make sense to me, only I have

heard so many people waste their money on inferior products I am afraid I

may join to crowd. Every time I see Ozol mentioned a comment comes up and

the topic gets derailed with no real answer. The AMA con-ed me out of all

my money and about 30K I didn't have battling my daughters Autism, so I

don't see being able to swing a medical grade unit anytime soon. I just

come to this list to drool, think happy thoughts and keep a positive

attitude. :I

Hi Sherri-Lee.

Did you and Saul get the copy of my sauna therapy book yet? In the section

on

ozone I discuss the patent that Dr. D. Neel of Chicago was awarded

on

June 22, 1909 for an aromatic inhaler. This is what is on the website you

cite.

The title of Dr. Neel's patent was " Process of Producing a Medicament

[medication] " because the ozone, combined with high-terpene oil (he used

juniper, pine and eucalyptus) atomized the oils into an unstable terpene gas

that penetrated the lungs without causing an oxidative reaction. Thus 10

times

more ozone was present in the lung tissue causing no irritation.

Neel wrote in his patent application:

" My experiments covering this long period [of time] have convinced me of its

efficacy in curing in curing consumption [tuberculosis], asthma and other

diseases of the respiratory organs, as well as diseases of the blood. I find

that this medicament, when properly administered, increases the red blood

corpuscles and hemoglobin and has a general beneficial action upon the

system....Briefly stated, my invention may be said to consist in bringing an

active oxidizing agent [ozone] into proximity to or in contact with.[an] oil

of

the terpene group, the resultant product being administered to the patient

in an

inhalable form. "

This website belongs to Tom Harrelson. Knowing him, I doubt that he'd try

and

use a pun like that.
