Guest guest
Saul, If I want my 9yr. daughter to do the H.C. liver flush should I cut everything by 1/2 or 1/3? Guest guest
Dear Ron, Cut the recipe in half for her. Poor thing, battered so early... Too bad she didn't get ozone instead of poison... Guest guest
Saul, Wondering if you can comment on the liver issue a little more. I did one round of the the H.C. liver cleanse last weekend, and tried a very short ozone sauna about a week later (You may recall my posts from the other week mentioning that ozone saunas used to help immensely, now they cause a massive energy crash every time). This short sauna (about 8 minutes) still had a major crash effect. I'm wondering how many of these liver flushes it might take before ozone can be used again safely in your experience? Does the extreme mental and physical fatigue immediately following ozone, and lasting for about 10 hours sound like a liver issue? I can do non ozone saunas and experience no crash. thanks, brian > Dear Ron, > > Cut the recipe in half for her. > > Poor thing, battered so early... > > Too bad she didn't get ozone instead of poison... > > Oh well, make up for lost time now. > > Best of health! > Dr. Saul > > -------------------------------------------------------------------- ---- > > > ----Original Message Follows---- > From: " Ron Petruccione " <petruccione@s...> > Reply-oxyplus > <oxyplus > > Subject: RE: Re: Plugged liver > Date: Wed, 17 Mar 2004 08:38:04 -0800 > > Saul, > If I want my 9yr. daughter to do the H.C. liver flush should I cut > everything by 1/2 or 1/3? > She has been on antibiotics for a good portion of her early years and only > on again off again the last 4yrs. Not for the liver per se, rather the ozone. On the other hand, the liver is where all the action is. Cleaning and keeping it clean can only benefit you. gail

Guest guest
Thanx Saul.'s experience made me hesitant to do the flush until after current deadline. I might do fine with it but if I didn't, losing 3 days right now is not a good idea. I thought what I could do is start adding vaginal insufflation back in (very small amounts), do the steam saunas without ozone for simple detox and enjoyment, and do a flush next weekend or as soon as I am done with my deadline. I don't think I want to wait 6 weeks to start resuming saunas, but maybe I will start back on them slow and see, after one liver flush, if you think I should do another (depending on my response to the liver flush). You mentioned 5 saunas a week for the lymies in Cowden's study, but that might've been a bit intense. Maybe lymies have to build up slowly, as the herxheimer effect with lyme is one of the most intense around. > Dear Jill, > > > Sorry about the math! > > A liver flush every two weeks for 6 weeks. > > Three flushes in total. > > Best of health! > Dr. Saul Pressman > > ---------------------------------------------------------------- > >

Guest guest
Saul, Thanks for the response - I would worry about mineral loss/electrolyte imbalance doing a daily 30 minute sauna. Any specific mineral supplementation recommended for this aggressive approach? My diet is 'ok' but could be better (about half of my foods are raw fruits and vegetables, but the other half can be not nearly so healthy sometimes). brian > > Dear Ron, > > > > Cut the recipe in half for her. > > > > Poor thing, battered so early... > > > > Too bad she didn't get ozone instead of poison... > > > > Oh well, make up for lost time now. > > > > Best of health! > > Dr. Saul > > > > ----------------------------------------------------------------- --- > ---- > > > > > > ----Original Message Follows---- > > From: " Ron Petruccione " <petruccione@s...> > > Reply-oxyplus > > <oxyplus > > > Subject: RE: Re: Plugged liver > > Date: Wed, 17 Mar 2004 08:38:04 -0800 > > > > Saul, > > If I want my 9yr. daughter to do the H.C. liver flush should I cut > > everything by 1/2 or 1/3? > > She has been on antibiotics for a good portion of her early years > and only > > on again off again the last 4yrs. Guest guest
Hi liver cleanse partners, I did my first liver cleanse in November and my second one about 3 weeks ago. My dad decided to follow my lead and also did his first cleanse about 3 weeks ago. About 3 weeks after my first one I felt a pain in my chest that I feared was a heart attack. Observing the symptoms I opted to wait it out before seeking medical attention. There appeared to be no further developments and I just put it behind me. Last night my dad checked in at emergency after experiencing chest pains which he feared may have been a heart attack. I haven't had an opportunity to talk to him yet, but I'm wondering/hoping that he was going through the same thing as I did and perhaps others on the list may have experienced. Is it possible that a stone or gravel which may have been left behind in one of the upper bile ducts or gall bladder entry could cause this pain? Has any one else experienced this or something similar? Would it be wise to perhaps take an additional epsom salt drink a day or two after the cleanse just to clean out what may have been left behind. I know the protocol says if you have feelings of discomfort after the cleanse you may take an additional epsom salt drink following the cleanse. I wonder if there aren't more subtle signs of a stone being caught in the system that we might not pick up on until we suffer severe pain such as my father and I did. I know I would not be anxious to extend the cleanse 2 more hours before I could eat, just in case. If I were to take an additional epsom salts 2 days later, would I need to fast again before drinking the mixture? Please share any other experiences you have shared following the cleanse.
