Guest guest
Saul, , is it possible there's something else your body needs to handle the oxidation of the ozone? I am re-reading the liver flush procedure today, but in any case, it seems to me it is also possible that there are other nutrients that some individuals might need, since ozone is oxidizing. Who knows what those would be. Would probably be individual. , I felt a stronger craving for my green juices (I have a champion juicer, I put parsley, spinach, dandelion, lemon, etc) when doing ozone. I'm not sure if they helped, I guess a bit of time and hyperbaric helped the most. I may start in back slowly on the vaginal insufflation and wait to do saunas again until after a liver flush. By the way, how was the liver flush for you? I'm not sure if I should do it while on deadline or wait until after the deadline.
Guest guest
Jill, The first liver flush went smoothly for the most part. I anticipated my body having problems with the mild fasting that is required, and also anticipated insomnia that night, but neither of these were an issue. I did wake up at 12:30 am sweating, feeling that I might throw up ... It was one of those experiences where you realize emotional things that are very outside the realm of normal consciousness - and they were not at all pleasant. I sat in the hallway between the bathroom and my bedroom and just thought over and over 'what have I done?' It felt like I was dying, although I did not believe this was actually a possibility. The diarrhea continued to some extent for about 36 hours, instead of the 8-12 hours suggested by e, and I spent most of the next 3 days feeling very tired and dissociated, but I believe this was a result of simultaneously discontinuing Co enzyme Q10, as I felt lots of energy the next day when I resume Coq10. I am planning on repeating the procedure in another week, using about 2/3 the recommended dosages (I find it absurb that the same amount of MgSO4, olive oil, grapefruit juice are recommended with no regard for weight!) The olive oil+grapefruit juice does not taste disgusting at all (as suggested in what I read on curezone). Actually it tasted very GOOD after having not eaten for 8 hours, BUT I plugged my nose so it just tasted like grapefruit juice. The epsom salt water is revolting nose plugged or not ... > Saul, , is it possible there's something else your body needs to > handle the oxidation of the ozone? Guest guest
...that actually does sound unpleasant. So in case that might happen to me I will wait until after my deadline is completed... Did you get stones out? Thanx...
Guest guest
- Hi Brain, Very interesting. I have found the more I do, the less they make me feel ick. About the only discomfort I know have is a sore butt from the diarrhea. I can't believe you used the same amount of epson salt as olive oil & grapefruit juice. The cleanse only calls for 4 tlbs. of epson salt mixed in 3 cups (8 oz. each) of water. I just went and measured it to make sure. 4 tlbs. of water only made about 1/4 cup NOT the 1/2 C. it calls for olive oil and grapefruit juice. I also (imo) wouldn't be in too big of a hurry to do another one. 2 weeks apart is plenty close enough. You'll get plenty tired of doing the flushes by then. Recommended doing them every two weeks until no more stones are passed. Could take anywhere from a few flushes to 10 to accomplish that. With me it took 5 cleanses. However, I still do them much more often than the recommended twice yearly and will always pass more stones. My usual is about every 2 months until I started the ozone. Now I plan on doing them every 2 weeks to try and keep the die-off symptoms down. I've just started doing the ozone treatment a little over two weeks ago, and the very first day I started I also did a liver cleanse. Did my second one Tues. This one was certainly the smoothest one I've done. The only negative feeling physical or emotional was the diarrhea. I'm just too new at doing the ozone to comment on why it's making you so tired. Try taking some efa just to play it say. If it still makes you tire, adjust to a comfortable level that your body can handle, while you continue to clean out your liver. FWIW, Gail ps. Trust me. You aren't going to be gaining any weight doing this! -- In oxyplus , " brian " <fade_216@y...> wrote: > Jill, > > The first liver flush went smoothly for the most part. Guest guest
Hi Gail, I think my post might have been worded confusingly - I took amount of epsom salts that you suggest below. I just meant it is absurb that the instructions do not take weight into account when calculating epsom salts, oil & juice. I am spacing these flushes 2 weeks apart as well (the first flush I did was a week ago already). brian > > Jill, > > > > The first liver flush went smoothly for the most part.
