Guest guest
and , I get those irritating " bugs on my skin " feelings too, especially on my arms, face and/or legs. It is creepy and it frightens me when I think it is just that strange feeling and then notice a box elder bug or fly on me, oh I hate that!! I have never found anything to help do away with the feeling. Someone on Stilligans Island must have some helpful hint for this obnoxious feeling, LOL!!! Take care everyone, Louise. This feeling kept me up most of the night. I have felt it all day and now I am afriad to go to bed. I hate being tired and in bed and trying so hard to sleep and not being able to. I would rather be up tired ready, crocheting, typing, or surfing then all that. What can I do to make it stop, or wil I have to just wait it out? Well I am off to bed to try and sleep if these bugs will let me. Love Always, ~~I HOPE YOU DANCE~~
Guest guest
It's called " Restless Leg Syndrome " and is usually only confirmed on a sleep study. It usually only occurs at night, disrupting your sleep; but I've had it during the daytime too. They give anti-parkinson's disease medication to calm the over-stimulated nerve endings. I can contribute GREATLY to an increase in all your other symptoms. I'd have it checked out by a neurologist, pulmonologist, or just ask your primary doc about it. Guest guest
Hello all, I am also a twitch.. I shake horribly and annoy the heck out of people when I am trying to point to something...ok, the way you are shaking that narrows it down to seven in three rows..typing is a pain and crafts , well, sometimes it isn't pretty. my little one will sometimes hang onto my arm to try and stop them , it has been going on for so long now it seems to bother him morethan me.. the thumb and arm jerks are still the most annoying as it just feels gross to not have control over your own digits. I am having a very bad day. I have had really bad pain for three days and then went into tachycardia this morning. Had to take my propanol to get out of it. but I am still at work, came in a little late so i wasnt driving under the full influence. now I am sad and sore and grumpy and lonely and just hope that all this bleeeck is a hangover from the propanol. I usually sleep for awhile after a spell so I don't really know if it makes me depressed. I gues I should be proud that I am still working full time, but I really have to push t oget myself here. and I am thankful for you all and my boys and dang, I still am grumpy. , troll. Guest guest
That sounds like you are feeling your nerve endings. When my grandfather had shingles he said it felt like that but it was very painful too. It's not like fibro is it? cynthia 2 bugs under my skin again I have a question, has anybody ever felt as if they have bugs crawling around under their skin? Guest guest
I dont chime in too often, mostly I just use you guys for support (you are all so great!!) but i too get that weird feeling. I call it " Fuzzy cold " I dont know how to explain it. My legs feel like they're all sqishy and fuzzy, jelloy. It is so intensly irritating that I move them back and forth just to try and block the sensation. My husband tries to rub them for me, but it only helps while he's massaging, as soon as that sensation goes away, the icky feeling goes back. Sometimes its so intense I really feel like screaming. bugs under my skin again > I have a problem with my legs at night also and until now I've been > embarrassed to try to explain it because it sounds so dumb. Guest guest
Dear a and others, I too do experience this a lot, and the " jello " name for it sounds perfect. This is when I deal with a lot of " restless leg syndrome " which we have talked about before, but never feel embarrassed to try to explain it a, because I have felt the same as you and so many others here many of times. Bob has no clue what I am talking about, neither do some of my friends, but so many people here experience the same exact thing, and this is what makes us feel that much better. It is a very uncomfortable feeling and I think that I drive Bob crazy with all the twitching and movement of the legs. I always get it at bed time the most, because now I am finally settling down for the day and I am quiet and this is the best time to notice it. Love,Sue #2 -- bugs under my skin again I have a problem with my legs at night also and until now I've been embarrassed to try to explain it because it sounds so dumb. At night my legs feel like I have jell-o inside. No bone, just jell-o oozing though my veins. It's so hard to explain. Sometimes it's not only my legs but my whole body feels that way. As soon as I took the celebrex the feeling went away. A lot of times in bed I start moving my legs around and my husband will ask am I in pain and I try to explain it's not pain, but the jell-o feeling (then I get this weird look from him). I haven't even mentioned it to my Dr. because I'm afraid he'll think I'm crazy. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I have a question, has anybody ever felt as if they have bugs crawling around under their skin?
