Guest guest
I'm hoping someone might have some info on this. Conner is still being worked up for lymphoma, but the oncologist told me yesterday that his chest CT showed another granuloma in his lungs. She had pulled his ct from last year and compared them and said the one is still there from last time, but there is a new one this time. I had no idea he had a granuloma in the first place! She said she's pretty sure that it's not cancer, but we will monitor them. We are to let her know if his respiratory issues increase or if he starts losing weight. Why would he have granulomas? Is this related to his immunodeficiency? He still doesn't have a DX, but we know that his disorder is very complicated. Anyone have any thoughts on this? Do we just let them watch these or do we request more testing? Thanks! Mom to Conner (11, Asperger's, mild CP, partial seizures, asthma, GERD, immunodeficiency-SCIG, and now adrenal insufficiency), Hayden (11, PDD-NOS, IBS and moderate hearing loss/aided), Evan (11, asthma and mild hearing loss/unaided), and Kelsey - (9 going on 19!)
