Needed: Thermometer Recommendations

I use a regular thermometer under the arm, but it's not easy to get a

good reading with an active 14-month old. I bought an ear thermometer

at Babys-R-Us but it is not accurate. I am not having much luck here

getting a good temp. What do you use? What brand?
