My kids seem okay with dairy, but I'm allergic and seem to be getting more

sensitive to it. Do you mind forwarding it to me too???

You've come to the right place! My youngest cannot have even a molecule of

dairy ANYTHING. I've got it down to a science!! It's not that hard!!! I will

post you privately with all the answers. If anybody else needs it, I can

a copy. Don't worry! It was a long road to figure it all out, but I've done it

for you!!! I have found replacement products for EVERYTHING, including

yogurt, cream cheese, chocolate, etc.

I'm so pleased I can help someone with this info, can you tell?

(mom to , age 6, dairy intolerant-related GERD -- currently has

polysaccharide antibody def, previously had transient IgG, IgA, t-cell & other

defs... and also to Kate, age 2-1/2, more dairy intolerant but very healthy!)
