Hi, I'm new to kombucha making. Today, I have purchased a large glass

container (I believe 1 1/2 gallon), a bottle of organic raw kombucha,

and some tea bags (white and black tea). I've been lurking around here

for a little, trying to gain more info. I drank about a glass from the

bottle of kombucha tea I purchased (yum!). Can I use the remainder of

the kombucha from the bottle for making my first batch? I see that

there are some stuff floating inside the bottle. Is that the starter

for the KT? Jeani, if you read this, I read that you have some kind of

instructions. Are they complete instructions for making KT? If so, can

you please email to me? I'd really appreciate it. Is there a

recommended website that I could go to learn all about kombucha? If

there's a website you like and has clear instructions with pictures,

that would be great. I watched several kombucha making videos on

youtube but never came across adding vinegar. How much should I add? Is

there a recipe that shows the amounts of ingredients I need to add in

my KT process? Sorry for all the questions at once. I was originally

going to approximate the amount of tea and water, with a cup of sugar

to a gallon of tea. Thanks in advance!
