Hi,

This morning started my new rotation. I'm starting with Meso 2 #13 Chest, shoulders, triceps.

CHEST- DROP SETS 12/10/8

flat bench press (BB) warm up sets 2 30 lb

flat bench press (BB) 50/50/50

chest flys 25/25/25

incline bench press (BB) 50/50/50

incline chest flys 20/20/20

SHOULDERS- DROP SETS 12/10/8

seated front press 12/12/12

seated front press ( TF) 10 reps 12

alternating one arm standing lateral raise 10/10/10

seated lateral raise (TF) 10 reps 10

seated rear delts 10/10/10

TRICEPS- DROP SETS 12/10/8

flat bench triceps extensions 12/15/15 TF-15 (6 reps)

side leaning one arm overhead extensions on ball 10/10/10

kickbacks 12/12/12

This workout seemed to take a long time to get through for some reason. My arms are worked!!!
