Yesterday's weights

Today will likely be a complete off day for me. My new meds are killing my

stomach. I had to take a cab home early from work. Wednesday I have a very long,

long day so I doubt I will get anything in then either. Grrrr.Perhaps some

relaxing Tai Chi tonight.

But I did have a good weight workout yesterday despite being really fatigued. I

took a lot longer in between moves than I normally would. Moving faster is

better for calorie burn, but I wanted to be sure I used good form. We saw the

matinee of Wicked yesterday. IT was awesome! But walking to and fro outside in

dress clothes in the Texas heat just killed me.

I digress...here's what I lifted.

12 Squats 40lbs each hand

8 Dead lifts 40lbs each hand

12 Calf Raises 40lbs each hand

15 Stationary lunges 22.5lbs each hand

20 Chest press 22.5lbs each hand

22 Chest flies 17.5lbs each hand

40 Sissy Squats no weight

8 Upright rows 17.5lbs each hand

20 Lat Pull downs very heavy resistance band

20 Triceps pull downs heavy resistance band

20 Over the head tricep pulls heavy resistance

16 Over the head tricep lifts 25lbs

14 Single Arm rows 25lbs

15 pullovers 30lbs

11 Shoulder presses 25lbs each hand

10 lateral raises 17.5

9 bicep curls 17.5

10 pushups using the perfect pushup handles. First four on my toes. (wow I was

tired)

Instead of doing the crunches and reverse crunches, I did the first ten minute

segment of Quick Fix Abs. You know, I always get the vibe that and

don't like Minna very much. Just seems to come across that way.
