Hi,

This morning was legs. I had down All Pump Xtreme. I knew it would be tough, but did it anyway. This is the one that actually kept me from climbing stairs the first time I did it, not kidding. I've done it a couple of times since then and didn't even get sore at all. Weird. We'll see how it goes this time.

Bucket squatsBalancing stickHack squatsdown and ups (body bar and 3 risers on step)Curtsy and side lunges

Dead lifts (did calve raises instead)Hamstring lifts (did these on the floor on all fours. I don't seem to feel it much doing it standing)

My legs are so shaky right now lol.
