Guest guest Posted July 20, 2009 Report Share Posted July 20, 2009 last night did all boxing segments from ea active and 20 min of gold's gym boxing. ended the evening with sara ivanhoe's yoga on the edge the sunset practice. bought a new dvd player for the bedroom so i can have some peace and a chance to get my evening yoga again!this morning gym workout using workouts from women's health perfect body diet. i am not following the diet plans but will read them anyway for some tips. mostly want to do the workouts. i didn't follow their reps patterns exact today and made the reverse lunges alternating and squats with back rows both arms instead of single armalternating reverse lunges 2x30@12,1x30@10lbspushups 1x30,3x20chin ups assisted 12@130 assistance,12@120,10@110(going to try to stay at 110)squats 25@10,20@12,15@15squats with cable back rows 15@25,12@30,15@30stepups(only had a 6in. bench)2x12@10shoulder press 15@10,2x10@12ball bridges 3x15wall sits with lateral raise 15x6lb,3x12@7starting to feel some DOMS coming. didn't quite feel i got much work in the back so maybe try some back rows with the 'bells later but i am pretty happy with today's workout. these total body workouts for my body type should help me fit in more cardio and kettlebells. so i can get a little more of everything. fitness blogSpecial Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
