Guest guest
Hello everyone, My daughter Noelle was diagnosed Thrursday with infantile scoliosis by Dr. Rubery in Rochester. I am completely heartbroken over this. Noelle loves the water more than anybody I have ever seen. She loves bathes, mud puddles, the pool and the lake. We are in the process of scheduling casting and would like to learn more about peoples experiences. I have many questions and don't know where to go for answers. I know that it varies from kid to kid, but how long should I expect to have her in the cast? How will her quality of life be effected. Does this process usually work? What happens if it doesn't? I love my children more than words can describe and have been a complete mess since she has been diagnosed. I'm sorry for asking questions that may not have answers, I am a train wreck when I need to be strong. J.
