Guest guest Posted May 22, 2009 Report Share Posted May 22, 2009 I couldn't decide what to do today. I wanted it to be more toning based, and that's not quite what I got. I did Tracey Mallet's Total Body Fat Burner. This workouts is broke into 6 minute segments. Within the 6 minute sections, there are 3 exercises that are 2 minutes each. The first 30 minutes is much more cardio-focused than toning. The second half worked my uppper body quite a bit, but I went heavier than her suggestion of 3's and 5's. I actually got a pretty good burn with my upper body. I didn't want to work too hard, but it was too hard to resist..ugh.. What's the point of flopping weights around if you can't feel it...UGH.. It also ends with a short section of abs too which was only okay. Anyway, I burned 454 calories with my average being 116. I think this is the first time I have done one of Tracey's workouts. Her voice was a lot annoying in the beginning but I must have gotten used to it because I ended up not noticing it too much near the end.
