Well two days ago when I said I didn't have time for a workout- I lied. Sort of.

I took the early bus home and put in Turbo Jam Fat blaster. My walk from the bus

was my warm-up and then I went straight for the turbo section and marched and

stretched myself for a cool down. I did the reviews at a mod-high intensity and

really went after the Turbos. I managed to burn 168 calories in about 14 minutes

(the turbo sections only). It in no way undid all of the eating from that day,

but better than nothing. And a reminder to myself that I can be creative.

Yesterday's workout included a whole of shopping at the mall for work clothes. I

was on my feet for three hours and carrying stuff for most of it! Then at home I

did the cardio portion of Kathy 's Kickboxing Workout with Cooke.

This was on the compilation DVD I got at Marshall's the other day. I own the VHS

but I liked it enough to plunk down $4 to have it on DVD. Kathy is annoying as

ever but I really do like the set and the combos. There is also a brief section

where and ( I don't know if its THE ) lead you

though two different combos. That few minutes is my favorite. At the end there

is a butt/legs workout using a chair. I've done it in the past but skipped it

yesterday. I'm doing resistance (fingers crossed) tonight after we see Wicked.

I also did 20 min of Hula Hoop with the weighted hoop. The hoop kind of hurts.

It probably doesn't help that I have the Fibro and interstitial cystitis.

Have a great day everyone!
