My boy GFCF for 2 yrs and MSG/aspart/soya free for a year but when ds has gluten (playdoh!) giggling, red ear, running off, verbal stimms etc...so his gut isnt healed even though off these foods for a long time! Just read other thread of child now can eat gluten/healed gut....would love ds to be able to go and eat with everyone else in school/family sometime in the future. so what else do I need to do? Sorry Mandi did send me some enzymes and a dvd but lost them before even trying them...is there digestive enzymes for different types or is their a bog standard type?
