Guest guest Posted July 10, 2009 Report Share Posted July 10, 2009 Wow, it's Friday already? This morning I decided to go with what Bernadette suggested and do Cathe's Timesaver legs (thanks B.) It fried me. My inner thighs are still a tiny bit sore and it seemed like I burned a little bit more, especially on those bar bell squats and all those low ends, Oh my. L & G warm up leg press (high step, 5 risers) (1) 15 lb squats over the high step 15 lb rear lunges/ insert plie squats in between 12 lb SJP bar bell squats-35 lb kick butt lunges one leg squat- (1) 10 lb L & G standing leg extensions- 2 lb ankle weights standing outer thigh sweeps- 2 lb ankle weights lying leg presses ( high step, 3 risers)- 2 lb ankle weights hamstring raises (all 4's) 2 lb ankle weights outer thigh and glute sweeps- 2 lb ankle weights inner thigh lifts- 2 lb ankle weights SJP abs I feel worked.
