Guest guest Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 Please can anyone give guidance on the kind of stuff they had inserted in their Year 9 Transition Plan (DS is at a Special School) We just finished the Transition AR without even discussing the plan only the AR02 form. Have asked for another meeting to discuss but am at a loss to know the key points to get in other than the post 16 destination (ie school or college). I have looked at general guidance from NAS, Connexions and at Cof P. Just would really like some specific egs as to the level of detail and scope etc. Thanks for any advice.
