Monday - TM/Classical Stretch

Hi Everyone,

Back to work! Back to the Treadmill this morning, I did Couch Potato to 5K Week 2, Workout # 3 - 20 min of alternating 90 sec jogging/running and 2 min of walking. So far so good! I warmed up for 10 min and cooldown for 5 - so overall 35 min on the TM and 3.1 miles. (Wow, I did a 5K!) I even set my incline at 2% for one of the jogging intervals to get a feel for it - handled it pretty well. I may play around (cautiously) with the incline. I think I read or heard that to mimic outdoor running you need to set your TM incline to 2%. Of course, I don't want to kill my back, and if I take my running outside and I'm slower, so be it!

Afterwards I did the standing portion of Classical Stretch Full Body Workout Volume 2.

I'm still feeling a bit tired and worn out from work and not sleeping, but hopefully things at work will settle down in July and I'll get some more sleep! :)
