Guest guest
Hello,My daughter Joy is about to get a new brace. She is 3 years old. The one she has now was fitted for her while she was asleep at her last casting. I am told we will just go in and they will wrap her in some kind of " cast " like material and then use that as a mold. However, she will be awake for this. I know it can't be painful but I am wondering if this will be at all traumatic for her. She has already had 9 procedures/surgeries and is a little leery of things as you can imagine. Any advice or has anyone gone through this with making a new brace? Thanks! -- Leah Jeffries
