Car Rides - Screaming Child

Our son had his first cast put on about 4 weeks ago. Since then every time

we take a ride in the car he screams until he gets out. We have check him over

to see if there is any red marks on his body that would be bothering him, but

nothing shows. We can put our fingers between his cast and skin with no

problem. Since he can't tell us, we don't know what else to do. Any

suggestions?
