Guest guest Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 after dinner did 25 min of gold's gym cardio game doing 2 combos and back work. just finished with denise austin's power yoga plus segment 2 i got this dvd mixed up with her pilates matwork. that segment has yoga and pilates but i kept with and finished the 20 min pilates workout then just made my planned 20 min workout into a 40 min one. afterwards i did 20 min of stretching with cathe's stretch max no equipment stretching. there is nothing new in the way of moves but man does this stretch workout WORK! always feel good after stretch max. wonder when she will make an STS stretch circuit workout. i dont' have any of the sts programs(unless cardio pre order counts LOL) but i would love a nice dvd like her abs circuits but using stretches with no equipment,gliding disc, bands, stability balls and whatever else her little mind could think of LOL. i would buy in an instant. yoga tomorrow morning. pulled out a short rodney yee dvd,actually now my only rodney yoga dvd. i traded my others for some bellydance and a yoga booty ballet. i like rodney but i like YBB and bellydance more. actually LOVING yoga booty ballet. i didn't think i ever would but they have been great to me so far! i also traded a kettlebell dvd for another yoga booty ballet workout so i have two coming in.well 'nuff rambling out of me have a good nightkassia Special Needs Scouting Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
