There is an intro diet, followed by stages of when other food is allowed. This is to allow the best chance of success, using easy to digest foods first, and gradually as the gut heals, adding in other foods. Some people jump straight in, and use harder to digest foods first, just to get their kids used to the diet. As for the coconut flour at Dietaryneeds, are they all suitable or do u use a particular one? Any other items that i can buy from Dietaryneeds ?
