Hi,

Here is a link to get you started on SCD. It has a good explanation of why SCD

might work, and loads of other info too. There is an intro diet, followed by

stages of when other food is allowed. This is to allow the best chance of

success, using easy to digest foods first, and gradually as the gut heals,

adding in other foods. Some people jump straight in, and use harder to digest

foods first, just to get their kids used to the diet. At a later stage, if you

do this option, it might be worthwhile going back to the intro and going through

the stages then.

Me again Anita,

when u say whole nutsare they better to be organic too?

i can get nuts easily here but what should i be careful about?

As for the coconut flour at Dietaryneeds, are they all suitable or do u use a

particular one?

Any other items that i can buy from Dietaryneeds ?

The yoghurt maker should i get that from the USA with the sachets for making or

do i have an alternative in the UK ?
