(OT) late morning cortisol 219 - ?

My GP says it's a bit low at 219 but hasn't decided what to do -says blood tests

are unreliable. The test (on me) was done shortly before noon. The reference

range for an 8am sample starts at 260. Does anyone know what this might mean,

please?
