Are histamine foods the problem and the inability to breakdown?

This is a short Powerpoint presentation which has really opened my eyes.

Soooo many foods listed producing histamine were THE culprits in my

daughter's behavior! When she ate these foods, she got the 'red ears'

and dilated pupils, BOTH are histamine responses. 'Red ears' and dilated

pupils always accompanied hyeractive behavior. I can't believe I

overlooked the 'red ears' for so many years. She was producing too much

histamine.

Interesting too in this presentation is the role (haven't checked this

out in other studies) of probiotocs in reducing the histamine. If that

is true them the gut problems are more important than ever in coming too

grips with the immune reactions.
