Guest guest
This is a short Powerpoint presentation which has really opened my eyes. Soooo many foods listed producing histamine were THE culprits in my daughter's behavior! When she ate these foods, she got the 'red ears' and dilated pupils, BOTH are histamine responses. 'Red ears' and dilated pupils always accompanied hyeractive behavior. I can't believe I overlooked the 'red ears' for so many years. She was producing too much histamine. Interesting too in this presentation is the role (haven't checked this out in other studies) of probiotocs in reducing the histamine. If that is true them the gut problems are more important than ever in coming too grips with the immune reactions. http://www.allergynutrition.com/resources/seminars/Pivotal%20Role%20of%20Histami\ ne%20in%20the%20Symptoms%20of%20Food%20Intolerance/PowerPoint%20Slides%20(33).pd\ f <http://www.allergynutrition.com/resources/seminars/Pivotal%20Role%20of%20Histam\ ine%20in%20the%20Symptoms%20of%20Food%20Intolerance/PowerPoint%20Slides%20%2833%\ 29.pdf>
