I just did Push Circuit 1. LOVED IT! I love this kind of workout: slower and heavier. I did all the squats wtih 2 x 20 lb kettlebells, and I can definitely go heavier because I finished the reps easily.  I'll have to assemble some heavier bells. My barbell clamps arrived in the mail yesterday. I'll use them next time!

This workout feels so safe for me. It's so exciting to see some strength gains. I'm even seeing some progress with the push ups, and I really suck at those. I'm SO glad I bought this series.  It's exactly the boost I needed.
