I just finished this workout, and was pleased :)  For the lower body, I used a 38 lb barbell, except for the first set when I used a 28.  I handled more fine after that.  For the rows, I used 43lbs except for the first set which I used a 38.  I was pretty-maxed out with the 43.  For the rows, I used 26/ 21/ 16.  Maxed out with those as well..  And the deadlifts I used a 43 bar, I could have handled more there.  I liked the short ab routine too :)  I burned 463 calories with my average at 121.  I have to train today too - 3 appointments.  So my own workout(s) are done!
