Guest guest Posted August 25, 2009 Report Share Posted August 25, 2009 Yesterday I ended up doing the 500 Calorie Workout. I really liked it. I had only done it twice before and wasn't sure if I would keep it or not. I couldn't seem to get the footwork down during the grapevine sequences and was losing step quite a bit.........probably a pms week:-) But I went ahead and tried it again last night and really enjoyed it. It didn't seem nearly as confusing so I was glad. Today was weights for 30 mins and then cardio outside. 60# elevated bridge 25# kb clean and press Ham glute raises pike push ups 25# kb swings chair dips 30# triceps 100# leg extensions Abs mix All in all a good couple of days:-) I have been pushing myself harder with the weights and doing just about everything now to the point of exhaustion.
