Guest guest
I watched this on Sunday Margaret and felt that they kind of missed the point, when I say that I mean the man who had the argument with Cameron. I had the devils own job getting a special school placement and the reason was simply cost, he has no physical disabilities so no accommodation needed there and he had no behaviour problems so again no accommodation, as for actual education that was completely absent in mainstream, not even a nod in the direcion of. In 's case mainstream would not even be considered, they are careful to always label him as SLD and therefore he would disrupt the education of others. The argument is not about whether mainstream or special is better for disabled children but whether parental choice fits in with school and LEA budgets.
