Since I'm new to this (and didn't want to clock up the message board), I'll probably try my first few batches in glass quart jars. My questions to you are this: 1. What are the 750ml bottles that you use? Can I buy them online? 2. How do you clean your crocks? Do you sterilize the spigots? 3. Also, since it's still winter, my kitchen and pantry are a steady 69 degrees F. Is that too cool? 4. And ... will one scoby do the trick for an entire crock? If I can learn to successfully brew this stuff, that might mean one less caffeine addicted person on our planet (my hubby!)
